A complete visual identity design project will take 5 weeks, approximately.

The Discovery Phase is a 2-week engagement, where we’ll meet for consultancy calls twice a week for two consecutive weeks. The video calls are estimated to last 2 hours in duration each.

After the Discovery Phase, we spend the next 3 weeks in close contact as we develop and revise your brand assets. This includes branding mood boards, logos, visual elements, and style guides.

Web Development + Visual Identity projects are estimated to take 10 weeks from start to finish.

Once your Visual Identity is defined, we apply it to the web! In the Web Development Phase we’ll craft meaningful user personas, map out your customer’s journey, and wire-frame your site.

You can expect to launch a COMPLETE, sparkling new website within 2 months!

Yes! Vibe Caster is a collaborative exchange between client and consultant. You’ll have a firsthand say in the process as we give your brand identity form.

Vibe Caster is broken into project phases where you are provided three (3) Rounds of Revisions per design phase. This means you’ll have an opportunity to provide feedback at each stage of design before we move on to the next one.

The final package price for our branding services will depend on your timeline and the scope of your project. Typically, Vibe Caster branding engagements can range anywhere from $6K (full scope) to $1500 (basic scope).

Yes! At Vibe Caster you’re not expected to purchase our offers in a single payment.

We use a phase-based pricing model so that all of your invoices align with the work that’s been completed. You’ll be billed based on each finished phase of the project.
